We begin with a sound bath to calm the nervous system and bring the body into a receptive, grounded state.

Using astrology, tarot, OH(inner child) reading combined with reflective counseling dialogue, we explore your current emotional state, inner blocks, recurring patterns, and inner-child themes. This helps bring clarity to what you may be experiencing but struggling to name.
